Okay, Divas, let's be perfectly honest here...I'm extremely far from being Susie Homemaker...very very very far. Cooking has not been one of my favorite tasks, but I am slowly getting there. It's not that I can't cook...I just don't like to...I don't have the patience and 90% of the time I definitely don't have the time. I am slightly envious of those that can go in the kitchen and muster up these fantabulous looking (and tasting) meals. Perhaps I'll get there one day...if not, I won't be completely heartbroken, promise :)
With that being said, Publix, one of my favorite grocery stores (really!), is having a great event today through March 28th - The Best Meals Happen At Home. During the event you can stop in and find great savings on some of your favorite products to use with recipes found on the Best Meals Happen At Home website. The best part? The recipes can be prepared in 30 minutes or less!!! In my family, that is a huge plus!!!
Below are the remnants of last night's Lemon Pepper Fish - prepared with Progresso® Lemon Pepper Panko Crispy Bread Crumbs and tilapia (both on sale this week at Publix!!!). My 10 year old did most of the prep work and dinner was ready in less than 30 minutes. I had to run a quick errand while my husband fed the boys and came home to this....

Glad they saved me the last piece :) My 3 year old politely asked if I would "share" my piece with him so there were no leftovers at all in our household!
