I am so glad it's Friday! This week has been...an adventure to say the least. I'm looking forward to some down time at home with my family and have absolutely no plans on leaving the house until Sunday morning if I can help it.

Question of the Week:

Think back to your childhood.
What are some of the things you wanted to be when you grew up?
Did you ever accomplish any of them?
Why or why not?

Talk about a reality check, right!!! Growing up I always said I wanted to be a lawyer and have a son named Michael.  The lawyer thing just didn't pan out but the son named Michael sure did :)  I still haven't determined if being a lawyer was my dream or the dream that others had for me.  It seemed that those around me were more disappointed than I was when I decided to pursue business instead.  There was a time, when I was going through my child custody battle with my oldest son's father, that I thought I wanted to be a family attorney.  Honestly, the entire 6 year ordeal left a very nasty taste in my mouth about our legal system.  I did take a legal course a few years ago and while I enjoyed it, I truly enjoy the path I am on more and believe, in the long run, I will garner more fulfillment from it.
